Instructions: 1 kg Chicken diced or vegetables, 2 tbsp ghee, 3 tbsp Chettinad mix, I finely chopped onion till golden brown. Add Chettinad mix to hot hail and stir for 30 seconds and add chopped onions. Once the onions are brown and the Chettinad mix is sauteed well with the onions add tomato. Cook tomatoes till the oil simmers through the paste.   Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Reduce sauce according to taste once chicken or vegetables are cooked. Add salt to taste
