Instructions: Puree one cup of fresh or frozen spinach. Heat 1TBSP oil. Saute 1 medium chopped onion till golden brown. Add two medium chopped tomatoes and cook till the moisture dries. Add 1 TBSP of Spice Mix and stir in the pureed spinach. If using chicken, add chicken to the mixture, cover it, and cook till the chicken is tender.
